Let's talk more about

Life Coaching

Sometimes life doesn't necessarily require therapy — sometimes it requires support, accountability, clarity, and space to figure out your next steps.

Life Coaching through Mad World Wellness is designed to help individuals build practical strategies, strengthen routines, clarify goals, and create meaningful movement toward the life they want to build. Coaching is collaborative, future-focused, and centered around helping you move from feeling stuck to taking intentional action.

Together, in coaching we may focus on:

✨ Goal setting and values exploration
✨ Building healthier habits and routines
✨ Accountability and follow-through support
✨ Stress management and wellness strategies
✨ Communication and relationship skill-building
✨ Problem-solving and decision-making support
✨ Identifying barriers and creating realistic action plans
✨ Strengthening confidence and personal growth practices

Life coaching is practical, supportive, and growth-oriented. Sessions are designed to help you develop insight, strengthen skills, and create sustainable changes that align with the future you're working toward.

Important Distinction

Life Coaching is separate from psychotherapy or clinical mental health treatment.

Coaching does not include diagnosis, mental health treatment, assessments, therapeutic interventions, or crisis services. Coaching is not intended to replace therapy, counseling, psychiatric care, or medical treatment.

Individuals seeking support for significant mental health concerns through life coaching will be referred to the appropriate level of services.

Flexible & Accessible Support

Coaching services are offered through secure telehealth technology for adults (18+) residing within the United States and Canada, allowing support to fit more naturally into busy schedules and day-to-day life.

Let's Build the Life You Want Together

Whether you're building routines, navigating a transition, strengthening accountability, or simply looking for support in moving toward your goals — you don't have to figure it out alone.
